Refund Policy

1. The rule, in one line

You can request a full refund of any one-time purchase within 7 days of payment, as long as you have not used any photo or video credit from that purchase.

2. What this covers

BabyLumi sells one-time photo and video credit packs. The 7-day unused-credits rule applies to all of them — Mini, Pro, Twin, Video, and All-in-one.

  • If you bought a photo pack and have not generated any photo from it — full refund.
  • If you bought a video pack and have not rendered the video — full refund.
  • If a pack contains both photos and videos, none of either may have been used.

3. Technical issues on our side

If a generation fails because of a confirmed problem on our side — the credit is not consumed, and the result is automatically retried at no extra cost. If retry is impossible, we issue a full refund for that purchase regardless of the 7-day window.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or message the Telegram bot, including:

  • the email or Telegram username on your account;
  • the date of purchase;
  • the order or payment ID, if you have it;
  • a brief reason for the request (optional, but helps us improve).

We respond within 2 business days.

5. When a refund is not available

Refunds are not issued if:

  • the 7-day window has passed;
  • any photo or video credit from the purchase has been used;
  • the account has been suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service;
  • the purchase was made under a promotion that explicitly stated it was non-refundable.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method. Funds are returned to the original payment instrument. Telegram Stars purchases are refunded as Stars to your Telegram balance, per Telegram’s policy. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

7. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable EU consumer law. Where mandatory law gives you a longer cancellation period, that period applies.
